When will my order ship?

Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During the baseball season, processing times may vary slightly due to high demand. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves the stadium.

Can I return or exchange items purchased at the Team Store?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom jerseys and 'Game Used' memorabilia are final sale.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, the Louisville Bats Team Store ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout.

Can I pick up my online order at Louisville Slugger Field?

Absolutely! Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up at the South Fourth Street entrance during regular business hours.

How do I know what size jersey to buy?

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Our authentic and replica jerseys generally follow standard athletic sizing, but we recommend sizing up if you plan to wear a hoodie underneath during chilly night games.
